Employment Opportunities at Harvard Park
At Harvard Park, we believe that one of the most important things we can do for the children in our care is to provide them with a well educated, caring staff. Our teachers understand how crucial their role is for the growth and development of the children in our program. Every adult in our building works hard to make a positive daily connection with all of the children. Our teachers are in charge of the curriculum that is taught in their classrooms. They use observation and formal assessment to continually evaluate their children's development then write weekly lesson plans for their class and have the freedom to change plans when the need arises. We work as a team. All teachers are "Leads" and have the same responsibilities in the classrooms. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help!
