Enrollment Process

If you would like to enroll your child in our program, you must be on our waiting list. Listed below you will find the link and the steps to do this.

• Complete the Waiting List Form on Brightwheel. Please make sure you complete this form in its entirety. Your child will not be added to the list if this form is not complete.

• Download the BrightWheel App and enable notifications. This is how we will communicate with your regarding openings etc.

• You will be contacted through Brightwheel when an opening comes up. You will be given a time frame in which to respond. If we do not hear back from you, we will move to the next person on the list. Failure to respond could mean your removal from the list altogether.

• If you are interested in the open space, we will schedule a tour at that time. Tours will not be scheduled until an opening is available. We encouraged to bring your child with you so that he/she can meet the teachers and view the program with you.

• During your tour, you will be able to meet the teachers, see the classrooms in action, review our menus, and check out our amazing playground. At the end of your tour, will give you our Registration Packet to complete.

• In order to secure your child’s spot, we must have the Registration Packet completed and returned to us along with the non-refundable registration fees.
